Good news at Bayard Press (BAYARD-PRESSE)
Dominique Quinio It was announced on the first page, May 31, 2006, of the newspaper “La Croix” that in its 123rd year of existence it had been awarded the prize “CB NEWS” (Great International Agency) as the best French national daily newspaper of the year. It had already been so honored in 2003 when Mr. Bruno Frappat was its editor. It is now Madam Dominique Quinio who is in charge of the newspaper. That is “a great morale booster for the staff of La Croix.” It is indeed a challenge to put out a newspaper every day while living up to the exacting expectations of its readers in the very competitive field of information. Madam Dominique Quinio and Mister Bruno Frappat visited the Assumptionist General House several months ago. Father General has sent congratulations to the entire staff of La Croix.

The logo for the Congregation : a distinctive and unifying sign

After consultation with all the religious of the Congregation, who proposed more than fifty logo sketches which of course took into account some discriminating criteria for making a logo, experts and artists, from within as from without the Congregation, were then consulted.
