Among the recommendations of the 2011 General Chapter, one finds the following recommendation: «The General Chapter requests the formation of an international formation commission under the responsibility of the Superior General and his Councils » (cf. Acts of the General Chapter #131).

On Wednesday, April 11, at the 7 P.M Mass , at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, the school community of Our Lady of Lourdes and that of the St. Bernadette kindergarten gathered for a Mass of Thanksgiving with friends and other invited guests. The Mass was followed by a blessing of a statue of the school’s patron, Our Lady of Lourdes, which has now been placed at the school.

At a place called Rocca di Papa, 30 kilometers from Rome, from March 28^th to April 1^st, the first international preparatory meeting was held in view of the upcoming World Youth Day.
