This pastoral care is part of the genes of our congregation, which was born in a Collège in Nîmes… Today, we meet the world of youth in our usual apostolic places: parishes, colleges and universities, pilgrimages, sanctuaries, student residences…
“Young people themselves are agents of youth ministry, accompanied and guided, but free to seek new paths with creativity and daring.”
(Pope Francis, Apostolic Exhortation“Christus vivit“, n. 203)
The pastoral care of young people and vocations is above all at the service of young people and their growth:
In a world where young people are particularly affected by anxiety (in the face of war, the climate crisis, migration, the prospect of unemployment…), our spirituality invites us to carry a prophetic message of faith and hope. Faced with communitarian compartmentalization and the temptation of exoticism, we want to offer them experiences of communion and service to the poorest. We also wish to share with them a conviction: happiness does not lie primarily in social success, material well-being or withdrawal, but in self-giving and fraternity.
