Appointment of a new Provincial Superior for our Province of Africa
The Superior General, in its Ordinary Council of April 10, 2024, has appointed
Fr. Jean-Paul MUSANGANIA KOMBI
Provincial Superior of the Province of Africa
From June 1, 2024, for a 3-year term
Born in Butembo (DRC) in 1978. First vows in 2002. Ordained priest in 2016. Doctorate in Social Communications from the Université Catholique du Congo (UCC). Former journamist at La-Croix and Prions en Église France.
Fr. Jean-Paul MUSANGANIA KOMBI has already assumed many responsibilities: Superior and Formator of the Cachan community (France); Chaplain of the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan; 1st Assistant to the Vicar of Kinshasa; Superior of the CIFA (Communauté Internationale de Formation Assomptionniste) of Kinshasa; Teacher at the UCC; Member of the Council of the Province of the Province of Africa.
We also warmly thank Fr. Yves NZUVA KAGHOMA and the members of his council for their years of service to the government of the Province.
We entrust their new missions to the Lord and assure them of our support and fraternal prayers.
